Jefferson Palace Hotel: Exclusive Paranormal Investigation Options

The Jefferson Palace is a historic, family-owned, functioning hotel. To accommodate paranormal teams while preserving our history, we offer Two distinct ways to reserve the building for your private investigation.

Option 1: The Full Hotel Buyout
Total Access & Overnight Accommodations

This exclusive package is offered only for paranormal investigations, allowing your team to utilize the entire hotel as a private residence. (Available Monday-Wednesday only)

* Rate: $3,000.00 per night (Reduced from $3,800.00).
* Hours: Check-in as early as 3:00 PM; Check-out by 11:00 AM the following day.
* Accommodations: You are welcome to occupy and sleep in every guest room and utilize all private bathrooms.
* Access: Includes all common areas and typically off-limits locations, such as the Disappointments Room.
* Investigation Perks: You may set up cameras anywhere and use the Ballroom/Saloon as a command center. Includes access to "The Vorticon Experience" (Estes Method station).

Option 2: The "Ghost Hunt" 12-Hour Exclusive
Investigation Only – No Accommodations (Available Monday-Wednesday only)

Designed for teams focused on the hunt rather than full team overnight stays.

* Rate: $1,500.00 base fee + $150.00 per room if sleeping accommodations are needed for some team members.
* Hours: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM for those not needing overnight stays. (Note: Those with paid rooms may stay until 11:00 AM).
* Access: Exclusive access to hallways, common areas, the Disappointments Room, and the interior of guest rooms for equipment placement only. Includes "The Vorticon Experience."
* The "No-Touch" Policy: You may use the bed and bathroom only in rooms you have paid for. All other guest beds and bathrooms are strictly off-limits.
* Penalty: If a bed is used or a bathroom is entered in an unpaid room, the standard nightly rate for that room will be charged to the credit card on file.
* Occupancy Rules: Strictly limited to 2 people per bed. No air mattresses or sleeping on the floor. 
* Example: If you bring 10 investigators but rent only one room with one bed, only 2 people may stay overnight. The other 8 must vacate by 3:00 AM. This is strictly enforced by the owners to comply with fire codes.

A Note on Our Presence
The Jefferson Palace is our family home. While we will be on-site, we are experienced investigators and will not contaminate your evidence. As residents, we may occasionally need to come and go from the building.

Arrival & Departure
* Pre-Investigation Walkthrough: A staff member will walk the building with your Lead Investigator at arrival to confirm room status.
* Final Walkthrough: A final walkthrough will be conducted at check-out (for Options 1 and 2) to verify the "No-Touch" policy was maintained.
