The Jefferson Palace Ballroom isn't just a venue; it's an experience. We offer a full-service nightclub environment, perfect for a wide range of events.

  • A Grand Stage for Your Event: The 1250-square-foot entertainment space is designed for maximum enjoyment, featuring comfortable seating (about 25 people) plush couches, and a spacious dancing area. Max 50 people in the ballroom area. Attached is also the Jefferson Palace Saloon which can seat about 15 additional people and holds about 25. Also features a full bar setup for you to bring your own bartender. 

  • Powerful Sound and Light: Get ready to party with our massive 50,000-watt club sound system and a dynamic dance lighting system. A fog machine and intelligent lighting create an immersive, high-energy atmosphere.

  • Stunning Stained Glass: The room is dominated by a three-paneled German stained-glass window display from the late 1800s. These incredible panels weave together mosaic images detailing the life story of St. Stephen. Look closely, and you'll even find special cast "beads" of glass that form a glass rosary within the window. The impressive stained-glass feature also cleverly conceals the many speakers of our sound system, blending historic beauty with modern technology.

  • Elevated DJ Booth: Our elevated DJ booth overlooks the entire ballroom, putting the music at the center of your event. With a variety of media options, you can easily stream your favorite music, connect your own devices, and utilize our wireless microphones for special announcements and toasts.

Hourly Rental Packages:

Build the timeline that perfectly fits your celebration. Our venue rental is $175 per hour, allowing you to customize your day.

The Elopement Package (2 Hours) $350

Ideal for a beautiful, private ceremony and a celebratory toast at the saloon bar.

The Intimate Celebration (4 Hours) $600

Perfect for a relaxed ceremony followed by a cocktail hour and a micro-reception with music and dancing.

The Grand Soirée (6 Hours) $800

Ample time for getting ready, your ceremony, saloon mingling, and an unforgettable, high-energy reception.

Custom hourly blocks are always available at $175 per hour.
